Why should I report an Issue with Remote for LED Lights?

1. I thought it would cost me money to make this work again, lol... Thanks for this app! Just turn off the internet to get rid of those annoying ads.I'll edit this later after I try other remotes if it works too but for now, the app works even if there is no internet connection.

2. Do not use this.Does not work unless you have an IR emitter (infra red), but not only that, this app is very bad quality and when you choose a remote it gives you an add which is weird.

3. Don't download it.IT DEFINITELY WORKS! Of course the main requirement to make this app work is to have an Infrared Blaster in your phone.

5. No trouble at all.Works perfectly! The remote of my lights stopped working even after battery change so this app really saved me the trouble of buying a new one.

6. My remote was broken but luckily my phone is Xiaomi Redmi 9t which has an IR blaster.

7. However I just installed it on my new phone and though Google acknowledges I paid for it the app doesn't so now I have ads back and can't get rid of them.I've been bombarded with ads everytime I click something, Which is makes my blood boil.

1. Fix Remote Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Remote" » Open Remote for LED Lights » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Remote for LED Lights app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Remote for LED Lights" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Remote might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Remote. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Remote then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Remote not working

2. Fix Remote Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Remote be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Remote not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Remote may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
