Why should I report an Issue with LED Me Know - Notification LED?

1. If I miss a call after receiving a missed text message the notification does not display my missed call color (green) it will continue to display only the blue indicator.

2. I was also delighted to be able to use different colors for different apps which is very helpful to be able to distinguish between a text notification vs an Yahoo email without having to even pick up the phone.

3. My only suggestion... Allow the notifications to show up on the always on screen without turning on all the other stuff on the always on screen, like the time, charging, etc.Awesome app! Closest thing I have found to the original notification LED.

4. Right now if I recieve a text message the notification displays my selected color for missed texts ( blue ) for example.

5. Wow! This app actually WORKS and does what I wanted it to do! I tried many of the other apps, and they either didn't work at all, or they only gave a notification once and didn't repeat.

1. Fix LED Me Know Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LED Me Know: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LED Me Know App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LED Me Know" » Open LED Me Know - Notification LED » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LED Me Know » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LED Me Know - Notification LED app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LED Me Know servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LED Me Know - Notification LED" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LED Me Know app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LED Me Know might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LED Me Know. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LED Me Know then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LED Me Know not working

2. Fix LED Me Know Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LED Me Know be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LED Me Know not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LED Me Know may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
