1. It makes the check in and TSA so much nicer (with digital boarding passes and so much more that integrates with your mobile device... For example, you can easily add the flight info to your calendar, check - in and change seats, make flight changes when necessary, etc.). I think they've done a good job with the app.

It's also nice that it easily pulls up the boarding pass so I can bypass the kiosks when arriving to the airport.Great app, really helpful, especially when flying and it gives you all the updates and your boarding pass right there! One of the glitches I've noticed is that you cant go back and edit the search terms (like date of travel or whether or not to use miles) without starting completely over.

(The app just hangs if I tap refresh) Also, if I tell you I'm checking in both of us it would be cool if you actually checked in both of us instead of erasing all the info you made me enter.I appreciate that when I arrived early to the airport and opened the app it asked if I wanted to catch an earlier flight.

4. I have to call Alaska Airlines every time I want to do anything.Feature suggestion: When you send a notification that it's time to check in, it would be helpful if you actually enable the Check in tab.

5. I book flights for my college kids and I prefer to email them and have them print in case they run out of battery on their phone during a flight delay, connection, or etc.It's a great app.

6. Does have some check-in time issues, for example not being able to add valid mileage plan numbers at check in, but we can probably add them later.

7. Kind of annoying, but the actual travel, booking, and the rest of the app are pretty seamless!I'm a frequent flyer (Gold 75k) and have been using the Alaska app for years.

8. This app is intuitive and has good prompting.I rely on this app for most all of my travel (since Alaska has so many flights out of PDX - Portland, Oregon)...that I'm flying Alaska almost exclusively.

9. One minor detail that could be improved is showing flight departure and boarding times on boarding passes.

1. Fix Alaska Airlines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alaska Airlines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alaska Airlines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alaska Airlines" » Open Alaska Airlines - Travel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alaska Airlines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alaska Airlines - Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alaska Airlines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alaska Airlines - Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alaska Airlines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alaska Airlines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alaska Airlines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alaska Airlines then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alaska Airlines not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alaska Airlines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
