1. The notifications about delayed flights do not show up on the app, but instead go to text messaging, because of which we need network connectivity.If the app is open in the background for too long, then it will fail to retrieve my boarding pass.

1. Fix Frontier Airlines Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Frontier Airlines: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Frontier Airlines App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frontier Airlines" » Open Frontier Airlines » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frontier Airlines » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Frontier Airlines app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frontier Airlines servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frontier Airlines" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Frontier Airlines app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frontier Airlines might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Frontier Airlines. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frontier Airlines then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frontier Airlines not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frontier Airlines be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
