1. I'm traveling and they've been deducting the service fee for nothing since 3 months.Multiple SADAD issues, even when you remove, clear app cash, and reinstall it still has same issues, same issues are found on website & on IOS, this is unprofessional technical programming nor a professional banking customer service as it should be.The worst experience ever the app over all full of bugs and all kind of problems sometimes won't let me login.

2. But the older version was a bit better though... Planning to change my bank...Very hard to use,much better the old version i can use on both of my mobile iphone/android,but now my iphone damage i use one mobile only(Android).Hope that you can fixed this or return the older version..ThanksThe new version is diffcult to registered .

3. I deleted and again downloaded from play store.... Also same whether same time I tried to open in my laptop and found pass I'd user is OK and laptop it's working but mobile apps not allow me to get in.

4. Here comes another big issue! Since we never bothered seeing you shift your branches all the time coz we opted to transact through mobile app, now you've gone farther by blocking online banking with your bogus new app.

5. This apps are wasting my time waiting in line and money for the taxi.Yesterday while opening the alahliecorp in my mobile, it ask upgrade with no movement screen alert.

6. Knowing that the service in your quick pay office are very very slow and I patiently waiting in line just to ask the problem yet I still can't register in this apps.

7. We're soon leaving you your bank u do whatever u want with it!!!I subscribed to the payroll service online but now that I want to pause it they askedr to go to the bank branch.

8. I like snb ecorp as easier and smooth rather than other bank apps.They themself made the software hard to use.

9. Every time I try to register, its always said go to nearest branch to update my iqama and personal info.

10. My recommendation don't install the app just use there website it's way better.Most useless banking app in the gulf region.... No user-friendly... complicated services...and almost impossible to login.

11. let switch to other.This must be the most useless bank I've ever seen.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SNB eCorp Issues

1. Fix SNB eCorp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SNB eCorp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
