1. Please make sure the app is ready and test it before releasing.very frustrating experience , all the steps and options on SNB app is confusing ,i tried like hundreds of time to register but error is occuring all the time ,the app will switch you from one page to other ,if by any chance you reach the further steps the page will show ERROR arrrgghh .SO disappointed ,now my account is transfered from samba to SNB ,cant login cant debit ,all gone .
2. Please fix it or at least tell the people you are facing problems that will be solved through emails.Me 2 I have been received a sms message , i thought everything will be running normal but the App not even works , it keep after reload blank white pages, its just keeps it freeze, really very bad App, an App that is seriously does not do any thing.
3. Software working but it requires attention to details, as it doesn't have help for each page to make you know what's wrong before you move to next page.
4. The login page sometimes shows up while with nothing but empty fields (I'm assuming for the username and password) with no instructions.
5. Facing error "Exception: User occupation code not found", while importing data from Absher, since long but seems no one is managing or monitoring failure logs.
6. I hope the above will help people.Not a smooth user experience and the onboarding process needs figuring out.
7. However, after clicking on "new register now" and putting my ID the next page for "Nafad" doesn't load.
8. I have an account with SAMBA and I'm trying to follow the steps as described by SNB.
9. Why the default is ask8ng for login if the app is for on boarding new customers? After completing the process, the application keeps hanging.
10. SAMBA is repeatedly sending messages to use this app to migrate account AND the app is totally not working.
11. Worst experience ever especially if you are out of the country and they are making the transition which will impact your financial account and credit card.
