Leaving ADP for UKGApp keeps crashing when trying to use Ethernet dongles on the tablets for network connection instead of Wi-Fi.Lots of recurring troubles that requires hours of troubleshooting on the phone with adp tech supportApp is on the up and up, fixed lots of bugs, I see you out there devs good work 👍🥺It'll say online and as soon as an employee tries logging in, it'll go offline.
2. This is less than impractical when these are kiosk devices locked in a mounted case - in 23 different locations across 2 states!!!I as well have had issue where the app keeps crashing while connected over ethernet.
3. Ethernet is much preferred in a business environment.Like others, app crashes on startup if connected to wired ethernet via USB-C.
4. I also have tried to do it on my phone over ethernet with the same results to rule out the tablet please give use a fix for this.ADP Time kiosk is junk.
5. Now, even if using WiFi but the ethernet cable is connected, it crashes on startup.
6. App crashes often with USB-C Ethernet adapter.
7. We came to find out after implementation that ADP mobile apps do not support subjob tracking but that is on the development list.
8. The only way to make this work now is unplug ethernet, start the app, then plug ethernet back in.
9. We were told that we could track time to a job and subjob and that there is also a mobile app for time tracking.
10. The free TimeClockWizard app is 1,000X more reliable.Purchased Time & Attendance a year ago.
11. Out workforce writes down time entries on napkins and enters them into the web browser at the end of the day.
