Why should I report an Issue with Shopper: Grocery Shopping List?

2. It no longer can update lists, nor is it possible to create one or edit anything in them... Just to be clear, it still works great on Nougat... 4.5 stars on older versions of Android.This app really makes our lives easier.

3. Customer support is non-existent.I have been using this app for 6yrs thereabouts and it's the best shopper app of all! My go to app! It syncs flawlessly from iPhone to Android.

4. Not now it seems.I've been using this app for many years now & I've been happy until I switched from iPhone to Google Pixel.

5. Still a good 4 star app.I have been using Shopper for over 10 years.

6. It doesn't sync across devices, meaning any custom items won't show up in a new device unless you add them all to a shopping list.

7. I have been reporting a list duplication problem for several months without a single acknowledgment that the request was even received.

8. I might look around for alternatives though because there's no way to create your own rapid completion groups or even create your own recipes so you can quickly fill in the 17 salad items you buy EVERY week.

9. Tried to create a custom list for Costco and had no luck.

1. Fix Shopper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shopper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shopper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shopper" » Open Shopper: Grocery Shopping List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shopper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shopper: Grocery Shopping List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shopper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shopper: Grocery Shopping List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shopper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shopper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shopper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shopper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shopper not working

2. Fix Shopper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shopper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shopper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shopper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
