7. Love a good deal?

1. This step isn't in the instructions.I gave a review here stating the app didnt work on my phone and I received a response letting me they are working to resolve the problem and they eveb notified me that the problem had been resolved.

2. Pretty much worthless.Must have for access to store coupons, but hasnt worked in a month.

3. Gets stuck on the stores loading page, and after twenty minutes if it gets through that, it gets stuck on the coupons loading page.

4. I have spent twenty minutes already trying to get it to do a very simple thing, that is to actually use the app to order groceries online for delivery.

5. When I tried getting the app back it said it is not compatible with his device Very disappointed.This is a very poorly designed app that does not integrate well with the shop online.

6. I did report it to the main store but I never got the $10.00 dollars off or an apology for driving to the Laurel store for nothing.Terrible app.

7. It gives me a store 50 miles away from my house to shop at.

8. I bought him a cell phone specifically so he could access to the coupons.

9. He was able to see sales but not able to get coupons because he did not have a cell phone.

10. Once I went to the Shoppers in Laurel & they refused to give me the $10.00 off because they said I had to have the app on my phone.

1. Fix Shoppers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shoppers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shoppers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shoppers" » Open Shoppers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shoppers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shoppers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shoppers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shoppers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shoppers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shoppers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shoppers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shoppers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shoppers not working

2. Fix Shoppers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shoppers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shoppers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shoppers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
