Thanks a lot... maybe because I didn't upgradeI love this app but I just updated to 1.44-play and it keeps crashing everytime I try to open it.I love this app it makes my life easier cause I have a very big family,now I can put things in every one's liking.Description implies barcode scanner is included - it's not! Only in paid version.

Nice to always have my list along for those unscheduled shopping stops.It's very easy to use because once you have input information then you just have to adjust quantity in future.How does it just change the language on u... how disappointing is that...? Seriously disappointing, specially after I'd made my grocery list and was in a hurry.

4. It is very easy to use and I just love this app.. I break it down for each day of the week and for all 4 weeks and gives me a total amount each day and what I will spend for the whole month.. I use this app for my job and now I will be using it for my home.

5. App is back to its previous very useful state!Nice and simple; just how I like things to be, yet I can get as much product info entered as needed.

6. The feature called "clear purcased" actually deletes purchased items, instead of clearing or untoggling them, as expected.

7. Fooey on this; uninstalling.Was perfectly good, most recent update means I can't even open it.

8. So, instead of reusing the list over and over, it just deleted almost all the items.

9. Accounts and cloud should always be _optional_!! Backing up should be local as a given, cloud as an option, also.

10. Moving to another app.This has become very helpful with budgeting groceries.

1. Fix Shop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shop" » Open Shop - Grocery Organizer List » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shop - Grocery Organizer List app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shop - Grocery Organizer List" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shop not working

2. Fix Shop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
