That makes me not want to use this app in fear of too much being entered due to a bug and draining my account for no reason.Everytime i try to make a payment through the app, it NEVER has the correct amount on the next page! Say I'm making a payment for $82.00...I type in 82.00 go to review it and it says $8.20. I have to go back "several" times before it will register on the review page.

2. I log in with fingerprint, I would expect it to store payment info! This app needs updated! FYI... read the other reviews and looks like making a payment is a HUGE issue with this app!Works fine for what it shows, but I'd like to see policy details instead of just the basics.

3. I do not feel comfortable handing my unlocked phone to anyone just to show a required document.Bugs out everytime I enter a digit for my payment amount.

4. If you want your customers to make payments in the app, you need to make the app let you enter a payment amount without deleting everything.

5. Having to call my insurance agent to be told to just pay out of pocket for the service and try to get reimbursed later... As a response to the reply, I tried that... over the course of 4 hours one day, and at least 90 minutes a second day.

6. Im sure they've had multiple complaints cause they say to call an 800 line to make payment if you have this issue.

7. Almost paid wrong amount cause app incorrectly puts in payment amount.

8. If you want to wait over 5hrs on roadside assistance in a busy city like Atlanta, this is the insurance for you.Couldn't get past creating a password.

9. Had to make a second payment because it bugged out and didn't accept an entire digit.

1. Fix Grange Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Grange: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Grange App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grange" » Open Grange Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grange » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Grange Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grange servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grange Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Grange app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grange might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Grange. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grange then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grange not working

2. Fix Grange Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grange be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grange not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grange may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
