8. Searched for Ringo but looking for RingGo?
9. Looking for EasyPark in the UK?
10. You’ve reached the right place.
1. Charging you to send you text messages as a way to remind you, on an app, of a time limit when the app itself should do that as part of its inate capability for free! The minimum parking times don't reflect what can be paid at the meter and give you to select extra time, then the audacity to charge a "transaction fee", when using it in many places it's the only option.
2. It charges you to send you an SMS reminder... Important to note here, not your operator... RingGo will charge you up front to sent a text, but, as we all know, apps have been capable of notifying you in-app for about 15 years.
3. If you don't have your cards with you then you cant use the phone version thus really not allowing parking options and no other options.
4. It also amazes me how you have a few 5* reviews??Tried to pay via the website and via the app and via phone and was unable to do so due to RingGo apparently requiring a UK phone number for all three methods.
5. Small service charge but worth it for the convenience of not having to find a ticket machine and not worrying about if I have the correct fee, also much quicker.Rips you off.
6. No notification that the app is in use; only reminds you at the end of a 24h period and not during the session as other apps do; Sends notifications by chargeable SMS rather than in-app notifications.
7. just doesn't open any more, i've re-installed, changed password but once I enter my information it just shows a loading icon until it times out.
8. Had to hunt down a cash machine and then go get change in a shop before going back to the kiosk to pay for parking.
9. Such a disaster, especially for anyone not from the UK.I have been using this app for a few years without any problem and have found it very useful.
10. As for pink, what a jokeVery simple to use, app finds my location quickly and displays charges and any options available.
11. Aaargh, my eyes are bleeding 😫I have tried to use the app over the last couple of weeks.
I went to pay on the Ringgo app today and I need to reenter my password - it is usually finger recognition entry. I have tried multiple times to reset my password and it says it's accepted it then when I try to log back in I can't. Is there a known issue with the app or is there something else I need to do.
