1. I never quite know for sure what is going on with this new app and I never had that feeling before with the older versions.Inaccurate and poorly designed, I often have to plan every change over as the app can't figure out the most logical route, lazy programming is what it comes down to, the informations there just learn some maths to get it working properly it's not hard...... Again Lazy Devs is what it isThere are few issues in the app here and there but the metro officials have been amazing with their service.
2. The transport tracker (i.e. bus, train, etc.) features are cool, but sometimes purely cosmetic (service does not arrive or arrive later than described)Practically useless to find real time information or links to DISRUPTIONS like a Rail replacement.
3. The actual info screens at stations are also wrong at times, but don't agree with this app!Accessibility means being able to use, including seeing what's on the screen, not bright burning white into my eyes! Dark Mode is imperative, not a nice gimmick.
4. "increase contrast" does nothing useful and shows whoever made this app hates disabled people. This app went from being well designed and simple use to a burning pile of trash in just a few short years.
5. Cheers! Re - the app crashes when you try to give audio input for location while entering location.Installed this to assist with disruptions and planning travel around them ... No it does not serve its purpose, info on its website doesn't even show up here.
6. Why not use real arrival times like that given in tramTracker? The times given in PTV are never right! Also, would be great if it could access my contacts to get the address, and share addresses from other apps. After moving to a brand new phone, notifications have stopped working.
7. "Expect some delay" more like "expect negligence from our part".The app has been giving the wrong train line for months.
8. It does have its problems tho, with one thing I notice frequently being the live time updates often very messed up in multiple ways and for the most curious reasons.
9. I recently lost my wallet which was handed over to metro office glenroy and the metro officer went out of her way to find me and inform that my wallet has been found and can be collected.
10. This is incredibly frustrating when I only learn of train delays or cancellations (a daily occurrence on Melbourne's train network) one I arrive at the station.
11. Even the Opal app in Syd, is better designed than this!I have this app and Metro Notify to let me know any changes to the Frankston line services so I can plan my travel... It never work.
