Haven't given 5 stars yet because of the price compared to other services I've seen around the world, though compared to other services here in Brazil the pricing is VERY competitive, without all the hassle other companies put us through.Complete garbage! The stupid verification SW doesn't work! I wasted too much time with it wanting to move my face closer & closer until only my nose & eyes were in the shot.

2. Only did not like the jump on price from 6 to 10 an hour after two weeks of using it.Registered and approved in 20 minutes, rented an awesome car to travel with friends and unlocked easily, had to use assistance once to start the car and was answered in 5 minutes.

1. Fix Turbi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Turbi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Turbi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Turbi" » Open Turbi - Aluguel de Carros » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Turbi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Turbi - Aluguel de Carros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Turbi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Turbi - Aluguel de Carros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Turbi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Turbi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Turbi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Turbi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Turbi not working

2. Fix Turbi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Turbi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Turbi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Turbi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
