Let's you wait for a long time then tells you no one will deliver, waste of time.Nothing change still the application is not working well, after making the order nothing happens & can't reach call center, the older version much betterVery very bad experience this app should be deleted, I wonder why it was created at first place if they fail to deliver anything at all and even they never answer their live chat! So frustrating 😤Excellent! I was traveling and my daughter got sick this app has helped me alot.They are very quick in response highly recommended.

And now it is marked as a successful process You should have a confirmation from pharmacy that the order is done really.Every time I start up the application,it freezes suddenly.the previous version was more convenient... please solve this problem.Useless, needed medication during a stroke and no one delivered despite being in a city central.

Don't use the app, call a pharmacy it is easier, much more faster and you will get a respectable service at leastThe application itself and the service they offer us great but the persistent popup notification on the screen advertising for the app is detestable and makes me consider uninstalling it.Totally non useful app, after making the order and confirmations are done.

4. App still has errors... I can place items in Cart & place order but nothing gets processed!?... Also, there is no option to ask for help or to contact the company (no email, no phone number, no chat).

5. 3rd order: after an hour and half of ordering the order is marked as delivered and I didn't get it.

6. 2nd order: delivered after 2 hours and a lot of calls complaining the order is delayed.

7. Update: seems that they have blocked my account probably because of my review... Losers!Unfortunately Application became very poor after getting a big update.

8. It seems that Development team lost the application code and started from scratch with very low creativity.

9. Time to move forward with other apps that provide same service and are much reliable.

10. Even order status algorithm became very bad.

11. It updates very late and does not send notifications or pharmacy options like before.

1. Fix Belshifa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Belshifa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Belshifa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Belshifa" » Open Belshifa - Pharmacy Delivery A » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Belshifa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Belshifa - Pharmacy Delivery A app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Belshifa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Belshifa - Pharmacy Delivery A" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Belshifa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Belshifa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Belshifa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Belshifa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Belshifa not working

2. Fix Belshifa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Belshifa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Belshifa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Belshifa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
