The app does not go through and customer service telephones are not responding PityIt's a very usefull app with excellent customer service and usefull information about the price range of all the available medecines.i loved the idea it's great, but i'd like in the future you can improve the user interface to be perfect, thanks 😊Delay in delivery and related support from the app is not always available.. Not recommendedvery useful application and excellent customer services.

2. Waited for 2 hours after which I contacted the application by selecting received order button and selecting no then chat where I waited for another 15 minutes but no answer so I chose call and told the person who answered my issue then she checked and called back that it's on the way.

1. Fix ElRoshetta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ElRoshetta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ElRoshetta App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ElRoshetta" » Open ElRoshetta - Pharmacy Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ElRoshetta » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ElRoshetta - Pharmacy Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ElRoshetta servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ElRoshetta - Pharmacy Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ElRoshetta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ElRoshetta might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ElRoshetta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ElRoshetta then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ElRoshetta not working

2. Fix ElRoshetta Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ElRoshetta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ElRoshetta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ElRoshetta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
