1. What use is the app for me now?Worst app ever! I strongly don't recommend, I added my medical card details and made a search for a dentist, after reserving an appointment and getting my tooth done, they told me that this clinic doesn't support medical insurance although it appeared in the covered list, it's a system bug and I had to make tons of calls to cx service which led to nothing, and after all, I had to pay more than a 1000 k while I shouldn't have paid any, as I'm covered by my insurance, worst experience EVER!!!If I can rate it with ZERO I will definitely do.

2. Now it's a mess.. same pharmacy picks my order, then cancel it for no reason.. every single time! Very bad managementAfter collecting points more than 11800 point and explained all of them expired ,i thinking's time to stop using this app,thanks.This is the 2nd time I've given this app a chance after the new heavily-marketed feature "Vezeeta pharmacy".

3. I often need things ordered through an app because I find it easier to pay using my debit card, and in every time I ordered through this app, I wait for 20+ minutes and then my order gets cancelled on its own not providing any logical reasons why.

4. I placed an order and waited for more than one and a half hours while communicating twice with support via the application with no response and once over the phone to receive confirmation that the pharmacy is preparing the order and shall be delivered in no more than 2 hours.

5. For 2-3 months for now, they call an hour after the order submission either to inform me that there is no pharmacy to deliver or that I am out of their area of delivery.

6. I would never recommend this app to anyone, even if i saw anyone using it i will tell them to uninstall the app and stop using it!!Worst service provider I ever tried.

7. I already had no use for the app except getting medicine since I already can't find doctors with my insurance on the app in my area and I have been adviced by one not to book them through Vezeeta anymore.

8. The worst mix ever Frist order for me came in 2 hours.

9. I highlighted that I'm travelling and need to take it before I leave Cairo and finally they call 15 mins before delivery timeslot closes to tell me only ine of the medicines is availableUsed to be respectful.

10. Second order ,part of it cancelled without any resonance and came late more than 3 hours.

11. I've had enough of this, and I'm not downloading this app ever again until you guys figure out that user experience is a thing.The worst application Ever.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Vezeeta Issues

1. Fix Vezeeta Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Vezeeta: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Vezeeta App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vezeeta" » Open Vezeeta - Doctors & Pharmacy » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vezeeta » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Vezeeta - Doctors & Pharmacy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vezeeta servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vezeeta - Doctors & Pharmacy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Vezeeta app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vezeeta might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Vezeeta. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vezeeta then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vezeeta not working


2. Fix Vezeeta Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vezeeta be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vezeeta not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vezeeta may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
