I have been using Tivimate for over a year. It's awsome. But after updating my galaxy zfold 3 it will no longer load. I uninstalled and now the play store says it not compatible with my tablet.

All of sudden today my live TV mate stopped working I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling I have tried everything now it's acting as if it doesn't recognize my username and password I'm able to enter everything but once I get to the load page instead of saying done it says back before this happened I tried hitting update playlist and it would keep telling me it was failing

App on fire stick continues to buffer even after refreshing and restarting fire stick

Tivimate on my firestick keeps skipping and pausing but continuing and sooner or later repeats the process. changes. It doesn't matter what I'm watching, football or movies on showtime or HBO.
Can you find a way to prevent this from happening. On my other apps it doesn't do anything like this until I'm on the tivimate app.

I just paid for a premium tv account and the first show I started to watch stops every 30 seconds to buffer. I have check my internet DL speeds and updated the app. Can you please help me fix this?

I wanted to change my subscription from yearly to lifetime. So I let my subscription expire and I can not renew it, When I go to TV Mate Companion it says the next payment is due December 2022 I think, but when I use the app on my Firestick it says I need to unlock premium. Can you please reset the billing so I can pay and fix my problem. By the way your app works great. Thanks

I've recently been using Tivimate along with a couple of IPTV services with no problems until I switched my internet service provider. I was no longer getting any EPG - when I tried to update the EPG I would get an error message. I tried deleting and reinstalling the playlist. The deleting went fine but I could not reinstall the playlist(s). I tried deleting and reinstalling tivimate but once reinstalled I could not add any of my playlists. I'm assuming all this is related to the new ISP somehow. I am getting internet on my Device (Firestick 4k max). Any ideas about what I should do? I would like to avoid resetting the firestick but will do so if need be. Your reply is greatly appreciated.
