1. Contact support and they will link you the proper, newer version, installer file.Doesn't work with android 11 and there have been no app updates since Aug 2018.

1. Restart SignagePlayer Android: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SignagePlayer Android App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SignagePlayer Android" » Open SignagePlayer Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SignagePlayer Android » click "UPDATE".
