1. When you use this service for a paid membership of iptv and then it tells you to suddenly pay up, you cannot switch to another one anymore.So far i think it's the best Iptv player just i have 2 problems i wish that in the new update that the app will force close automatically as right now sometime when i start the app on my smart Tv i have another version running of the app , also sometimes i have Buffering.. problems like frizzing so repeating between my internet speed is very fast 1000Gb so its not internet problem , i wish that the app team will update it soonbest app.

2. I reinstalled it and uploaded the Chanel list but the app doesn't see to read the channel list.A search button would be highly appreciated... much easier to find films or series! Some EPG code are not showing (they are correctly inserted in the m3u file) thanksWorked well but since today the app still load on the magenta load screen.

3. If I change channel up or down I can hear the sound of the new channel I have change but with freeze image of the channel I changed, like this, I'm on channel 1 change to channel 2, listen the sound of channel 2 and picture freeze of channel 1.

4. I have tried a lot of different one but so far this one has the most intuitive interfaceIf you have issues with dubbel audio of channels just close the app from android menu and strt again it helped me.

5. I payed for that but it doesn't work anymore.Cannot lock mac on android tv, i can do it on a lg but not on a sony that runs on android.

6. I will change my review after problem fixed.Works fine but the app should be more clear that there is a trial period.

7. Freezes on channel changing.

8. but unfortunately my Sheild TV updated today to android pie and its not working now.

9. Unable to use it on Philips android TV.

10. NEXT !!!Reload every time my old list instead the one I have in present.

11. No support whatsoever, requested refund.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart IPTV Issues

1. Fix Smart IPTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart IPTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart IPTV App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart IPTV" » Open Smart IPTV » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart IPTV » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart IPTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart IPTV servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart IPTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart IPTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart IPTV might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart IPTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart IPTV then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart IPTV not working


2. Fix Smart IPTV Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart IPTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart IPTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart IPTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Smart IPTV is not working on any of my devices, i have turning them off and then back on again and still nothing is working. Also tried holding the 0 button to refresh and still not working ?

    I've got an problem with the applikation "smart iptv" on my philips smart tv. I cant use the applikation. The screen just turn black when I try to use it. I've tried to delete and install the app. and nothing worked.
    I hope u can help, because I have already payed for the app.
