1. This app is great!! I've been looking for an IPTV app that is easy even for my wife to use and has all the features of a cable box, especially the rewind and fast forward live TV.

2. My wife for the first time is happy! Happy Wife, Happy Life! ;-)Awesome at core features (tv epg and ui) keeps out of the way and integrates nicely with default live-tv app.

3. Since this app is not a stand alone app, but it needs "live channels" app to work, it makes it the best! Because we got all the cool features of live channels, plus all the extra cool features of cosmidvr.

4. We can voice search the guide to find and change channels, smooth rewind and fast forward up to 30 or 40 min, and we like the favorite channels option! The support is also great, I had some questions and they got back to me very quick.

5. Since last update 1.3 the automatic epg refresh seems to have stopped working.

1. Fix Cosmi DVR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cosmi DVR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cosmi DVR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cosmi DVR" » Open Cosmi DVR - IPTV PVR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cosmi DVR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cosmi DVR - IPTV PVR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cosmi DVR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cosmi DVR - IPTV PVR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cosmi DVR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cosmi DVR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cosmi DVR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cosmi DVR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cosmi DVR not working

2. Fix Cosmi DVR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cosmi DVR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cosmi DVR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cosmi DVR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
