1. When I clicked on clear cache, It cleared all the files (1.65gb of data) from "Documents" folder from my mobile.It is good app for fast cloud upload.. But please help me what about having option of "offline files" for those uploaded files.????A very useful app.

2. I can create permission on folders though, so I'm still using this solution for now.layout doesn't make it easy to transfer from 'FIREFOX DOWNLOADS to your SDCARD??? create a link( Firefox download folder📁 to any External MocroSD.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cloud File Manager Issues

1. Fix Cloud File Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cloud File Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cloud File Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cloud File Manager" » Open Cloud File Manager » click "Update".

  3. Clear Cloud File Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cloud File Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cloud File Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cloud File Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cloud File Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cloud File Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cloud File Manager then reinstall.
