1. But the app is the worst app I ever used.Still not working correctly....auto to talk to people does not work anymore.....Since update doesn't save application alarm notifications and now you can't hear the person talking through the camera to you through the phone.

2. Like storage when it doesn't store anything... going to trash this system when a better brand arrives.Horrible, spend the money and get a good system, like Swann.

3. Cameras and computer with hard drive works great and pictures from cameras clear and crisp day and night live the system.

4. Bought another one and get the same problems so I sent it back waiting for my money to be returned.ok.. but I think since it updated in June, I cant use playback on the phone app, it will pull it up, but it wont let you rewind from any starting point.

6. Note: if you install wifi and then switch to hard wired, you must delete the camera you made the switch to from the hub, then auto find to switch the connection to the stronger one.

11. Instead click the use in local mode link at the bottom and add your NVR using your Cloud ID, the login name you gave the NVR locally (admin default) and the admin password if you assigned one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZOSI Cloud Issues

1. Fix ZOSI Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZOSI Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZOSI Cloud App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZOSI Cloud" » Open ZOSI Cloud » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZOSI Cloud » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZOSI Cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZOSI Cloud servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZOSI Cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZOSI Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZOSI Cloud might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZOSI Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZOSI Cloud then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZOSI Cloud not working


2. Fix ZOSI Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZOSI Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZOSI Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZOSI Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
