1. It will not allow me to view the data files on my SD card in Note 20 Ultra.Not mentioned files can be copied to phone folders!! Is there an App to transfer individual file from the main folder on SD Card to Phone Internal storage folder?It would be good to be able to sort files so i can focus on the bigger files to deleteDoesn't show Documents folder, doesn't show DCIM.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SD File Manager Issues

1. Fix SD File Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SD File Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SD File Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SD File Manager" » Open SD File Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SD File Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SD File Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SD File Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SD File Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SD File Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SD File Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SD File Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SD File Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SD File Manager not working
