1. Who the heck designed this UILast time I checked this app is good to watch transactions like on wish or earn this app is also good for in app billing for apps like Facebook and LitiLast time i payed it won't work.

2. Easy to setup, has good features, but google store page needs updating- the real prices are a bit more expensive $2.99+taxes per month or $15.99 per year+taxes.

Even after i deleted my camara!! dont use this app!!!this app not what you think i had it on and still got car broke in to with out it showing anything but it shows us going out to car to get in to leave for work this app suckRetarded, the login and sign up buttons change positions between screens.

4. It appears u can use it for free w/o a plan, but your video is restricted to 1fps, which makes it useless & there are better free options on google store.

5. Even the software for my cam's pricepoint is better despite crashing whenever i go back to the main menu.Honest company, good app.

6. Thanks for nothing.I paid for the monthly plan of 2.99. It charged me 3.17 and it never gave me my membership.Pricing seems a little high but works great.

7. The instruction are simple and easy to understand, it's not RocketScience.this app never worked and i have tried to cancel and it won't let me.

8. The free trial only lasts for 3 days, so make sure u do your testing by then.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile Security Camera (FTP) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile Security Camera (FTP) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile Security Camera (FTP)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
