AT&T Personal Cloud Customer Insights

1. When I call they say I've used all the data, but according to their own usage monitor I've used 59MB.This is yet another AT&T insidious SCAM!!! I was just told I'm being charged a monthly fee per phone for this app that came pre-installed on phones I purchased back in 2021!! Why was I not made aware of this at the time I purchased the phones?? This is only one example of the many scams I've found AT&T guilty of as they seem to get away with stealing from their customers by slipping in small fees or charges that mostly go unnoticed.I sent an email to the address you told me to contact you at.

2. Other than that, it's excellent! I highly recommend it! A+ Update: Please speak with your developers about making it so that the cloud automatically backs up your device photos, videos, and other files without constantly prompting you through push notifications to do so! Also, there's no "contact us" option I could find in the app.

3. I would like to get it working againDoesn't find a lot of of data to backup even though they're right in ph storage original folders & no other cloud storage has been an issue.

4. App is a bust.Horrible!! Cannot even download the app, just keeps spinning and saying "pending"!! Not to mention I have not been able to send verizon customers a text thru the messaging app for over 2 weeks.

5. A $1k phone, but the true cost is my personal data going EVERYWHERE.Well because it always downloads and they never let me use it so I don't know why I have to download the appAnother annoying useless app that tries to hog all the resources on your phone.

6. Sorry, we can't connect to the cloud service at this time." I also see other people having this issue with the same error.

7. I love it! Great value and piece of mind! The only improvement that could be made is an auto backup feature that doesn't require you to backup all the time.

8. When will we be able to buy and use a phone with what WE want on it? Plus because this is prepaid phone, these people have not turned on my data.

9. I switched to AT&T wireless and got a Samsung phone loaded with redundant bloatware I don't control.

10. Also, backups are extremely slow compared to comparable apps, & the app took a very long to connect to the internet even though we have one of the fastest possible connections & I even checked to make sure it was operating at top speed, which it was.

11. Still love the amount of storage space I get with the plan I have, it's a fantastic value.I never used this feature, not even during the free trial, yet I can't uninstall the app.
