I would also like to see this app available for computer download it would make taking work orders out of the system because typing on a computer is a lot easier than a cell phone especially when you are in a rush to get to the next work order.The app is constantly coming up with critical errors when closing out work orders it fails to post saying sub category needs to be selected even though it is so I find myself having to go in multiple times to actually get the orders closed.

The app looks like it hasn't been updated for years and the only people working on this app is the janitor that accidentally was left behind when they abondoned this app.Has this app been updated since it was released in 2011? Work Orders disppear when entering data, it is difficult to use, needs constant "refreshing", it simply needs improvement.
3. Secondly, Report viewing and generation, it would simplify the task of going into the office while visiting the field, to check on all the work orders in their respective reports, that way we can focus on the field instead of going back to the office to check on what's left.
4. pros: 1) It helps the main office see who has what work orders and supers can't claim they didn't receive the order like they have with paper work orders.
5. First, it would be awesome to access all kind of information as you would in a laptop or desktop, but you are only provided with open work orders and a very limited range of capabilities.
6. I've done everything on my side from uninstalling to reinstalling to shutting off my phone as well and nothing now I'm stuck not being able to see my daily work orders for workThis app is a constant fight.
7. and in an emergency logging into app is not what I should be doingOnly issue I've been having is when at the dashboard it only shows the number of maintenance requests in double digits for example I have 116 and it shows only the number 11 so I have no idea unless I count the workorders manually what the last digit is.The app only works correctly half of the time.
8. 2) you can make your own work orders when one is requested while with a tenant and you can sign out your own orders without waiting for the office to remove them.
9. Constantly have to refresh, always have issues logging in, work orders not showing up.
10. cons: 1) No one monitors the order distribution to workers and there are no alerts to the office allowing them to distribute orders evenly.
11. Just my opinion but I think it is a waste of my work cellphone's limited memory, limited space, my time, etc.
