1. I understand that they will decrease my loan limit after my consecutive late payments but I cannot understand why it has to be the lowest limit.I'm giving it a 3 because although it's so convenient to use, most of the products now are pay now.

2. 300 is fine but giving an option to increase when the app wont allow it is BS.very convenient and hassle free when it comes to borrowing for few bucks in added to my grocery and the interest is very minimal.

3. Only 300 pesos I've told them that i have a limit on billease, ggives, gcredit, gloan frok 15k to 30k but it doesn't matter to them very disappointing app...They decreased my loan limit from 2000 to 300 pesos.

1. Fix Plentina Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plentina: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plentina App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plentina" » Open Plentina » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plentina » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plentina app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plentina servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plentina" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plentina app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plentina might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plentina. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plentina then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plentina not working

2. Fix Plentina Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plentina be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plentina not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plentina may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
