1. Just crashes on start-up even after allowing all permissions including the rather questionable phone permission! Why does this app even require phone access? Uninstalling.I'm really enjoying the app and it's making looking at the night sky easier to identify stars and constellations.

2. I can see the Sun in front of me but in my app shows on right hand side and is not close.....is far away....😡😡This is a great app I purchased the pro package in Aug 2020 but I brought a new phone and I can't access the pro version.

3. I definitely got ripped off!Already paid for the full version, yet every time I reinstall the app because I change to a new phone It asks to buy again the full version to see every planet, constellation or star in the map.

4. It worked fine for one night, and now it just crashes when you try to open it.I'm giving 2 star only because I can see the planets on the app even if I'm not sure if there are located correct.

5. So if I'm trying to look for say Venus I point my phone and I'll be able to see it, and neat stuff! :)The app is fantastic if you can get it to work.

1. Fix Star Map Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Map Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Map Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Map Tracker" » Open Star Map Tracker: Stargazing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Map Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Map Tracker: Stargazing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Map Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Map Tracker: Stargazing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Map Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Map Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Map Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Map Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Map Tracker not working

2. Fix Star Map Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Map Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Map Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Map Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
