The user interface could be a little bit better, like not having to click so many buttons to log reading & maybe not having it automatically put in "today" as the reading date; I would prefer to enter this each time, as I've accidently logged past reading on the current day because it's already selected.This is a fun way to track reading.

2. U can add and adjust date, but it's tedious.I'm just starting to use this app to track reading and activities for our library's summer reading program.

3. It would be nice for a help option in app as well.A great way to track my child's reading for school and summer library challenges.

4. We can't both track reading at the same time, or read on a screen free day and still track it.

10. The app does seem a little slow to move from page to page, even on fast internet and with a new phone, which is my only reason for 4 stars.fun way to enter & participate in challenges at your local library.

1. Fix Beanstack Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Beanstack Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Beanstack Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Beanstack Tracker" » Open Beanstack Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Beanstack Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Beanstack Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Beanstack Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Beanstack Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Beanstack Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Beanstack Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Beanstack Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Beanstack Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Beanstack Tracker not working

2. Fix Beanstack Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Beanstack Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Beanstack Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Beanstack Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
