  • Yesterday, 05/12/2024 at 14:08 at the Alameda de Osuna station, I wanted to buy a metro card. There was a metro employee there, a man of 50-60 years old. I asked him to help me buy a card, because on all vending machines the interface is only in Spanish, and I don’t know Spanish. I paid 8.60 euros in cash, the vending machine issued a receipt, but they didn’t give me a card. The employee said that the cards had run out and left. We were left without a metro card and without 8.60 euros.
    I am shocked by the incompetence and indifference of this metro employee. He couldn’t first check whether there were cards in the vending machine or not? And why do vending machines for selling cards take payment when there are no cards?
