Why should I report an Issue with GPS Route Planner?

1. Only after the route is started in Google Maps, then Google Maps can search along route to add hotels, gas stations, or other business names, but those don't get added to the route in this app only in Google Maps.

2. I just wish the UI was more clear on stops you've done and haven't done but that's it! (Marking a stop incomplete and able to route back to it later would be helpful)So far so good.

3. One peeve would be after entering a stop, it would be faster to just jump straight to the address information page instead of having to tap on "done".Can add stops by typing in the address or choosing the location on a map.

4. Will still optimize my route but will not allow to go into Google Maps or Waze directly from the app.

5. It would save a lot of time to be able to search the address in my existing stops, instead of location it by scrolling through all my stops.

8. 👎I believe this is one of the more affordable route planning apps out there compared to some popular ones which charge such exorbitant annual rates (US$150+).

9. I spend alot of time in new neighborhoods and some of the roads are not loaded yet, but I'm trying to edit maps as much as possible.

10. I have never had any issues just don't like having to pay 5.51 every month it should be a set price to upgrade to pro and one time charge I don't use it often but its nice having when u need.

1. Fix GPS Route Planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPS Route Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPS Route Planner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPS Route Planner" » Open GPS Route Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPS Route Planner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPS Route Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPS Route Planner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPS Route Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPS Route Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS Route Planner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS Route Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS Route Planner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPS Route Planner not working

2. Fix GPS Route Planner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPS Route Planner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GPS Route Planner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GPS Route Planner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
