The app started off working, it produced 4 videos of 3.20 (the time set) of high quality then suddenly all the rest of the files were un playable corrupted My setting were high, video extension mp4, record time 200, number of videos 100 Any thoughts on what wen wrong?Excellent app! 2. By default, motion detect is turned off, so you might want to just use your phone camera app to record a video manually like this app does in free mode.

3. Willing to change the review if I missed something and it actually is possible to record once your screen goes black.Works. But only records up to 720P.

4. When I "watch an ad" the app allows me to change the video length and number of videos to keep but it then changes it back again at some point.

5. Sadly not useful for me as there is no option to send email or text in event of detection - I would love to pay even £10 if it was a thing as I'm looking to use my tablet for DIY sentry mode like in Teslas.

10. Now you can't change any settings unless you pay money for a 720P camera.

11. This means that we only had 10 of the most recent videos instead of all of them throughout the night (and 7 of those didn't show any movement).

1. Fix MoCa Free Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MoCa Free: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MoCa Free App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoCa Free" » Open MoCa Free - Motion Detection Camera and Dashcam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoCa Free » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MoCa Free - Motion Detection Camera and Dashcam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoCa Free servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoCa Free - Motion Detection Camera and Dashcam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MoCa Free app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoCa Free might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MoCa Free. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoCa Free then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoCa Free not working

2. Fix MoCa Free Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoCa Free be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoCa Free not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoCa Free may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
