Why should I report an Issue with InPuzzle - free Instagram puzzle collage template?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of cerdillac to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Tries uninstalling and reinstalling but experienced the same problem.I thought there will be many templates but there are only three on the app so its kinda disappointing because in the play store before you download it you'll see that there are so many templates so your be tempted by seeing it but after you download it umm its not worth itOnly have 3-4 templates.

2. Should add more !!App is not opening, crashing every time I tried to open it , I tried reinstalling but still the problem was there.I've tried deleting and re-installing this app many times.

3. So disappointing!Can someone tell me how to use this app! This app doesn't show more than 3 templates and that's too annoying!!😵Overall my rating to this app is zero, a big zero, if the app is not at all supporting, y should we keep this and why should we rate this .

1. Fix InPuzzle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InPuzzle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InPuzzle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InPuzzle" » Open InPuzzle - free Instagram puzzle collage template » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InPuzzle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InPuzzle - free Instagram puzzle collage template app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InPuzzle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InPuzzle - free Instagram puzzle collage template" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InPuzzle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InPuzzle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InPuzzle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InPuzzle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InPuzzle not working

2. Fix InPuzzle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InPuzzle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InPuzzle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InPuzzle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
