To the developers, PLEASE do a better job of testing your firmware updates before releasing to the public!I lost my trust in kick-starter projects... after paying a hefty price and soon after receiving the product which more than a year of wait time, I received an email this product is discontinued and no more software upgrades will be available....and the app doesn't work, so I am left with a useless phone gimble...what a shame!Irresponsible company.

2. It also crashes and the tracking doesnt work, very disappointing!I was hoping that the latest firmware release on Nov 19 would have at least fixed ONE of the many issues I was experiencing.

3. The basic functionality does not work.Too many issues with the app to list, to sum it up, this app is as disappointing as the company is at delivering their device.

4. i'm using a 1+ 3t.This app is like a very very early dev release, im using it on a note 8, the time lapse pan doesnt work, when i email flowmotion they said they are aware but that was 3 weeks ago and nothing.

5. Subject tracking completely doesn't work, and the thing still goes crazy like a person having a seizure out of the blue.

6. The least they could do is take back their products and recycle them, nobody is gonna want this product anymore with the company abandoning ship.

9. My advice, cancel your order, buy from someone else.I waited a year to get the FlowMotion, while the moments I bought it for passed by.

1. Fix FlowMotion App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FlowMotion App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FlowMotion App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FlowMotion App" » Open FlowMotion App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FlowMotion App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FlowMotion App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FlowMotion App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FlowMotion App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FlowMotion App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FlowMotion App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FlowMotion App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FlowMotion App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FlowMotion App not working

2. Fix FlowMotion App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FlowMotion App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FlowMotion App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FlowMotion App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
