1. The aural colors it displayed were in complete alignment with the multiple online quwstionairs I took that predicted my aural colors.Really cool! I also think the color description would also be helpful because not every color has the same meaning for everyone so to have the description from the creator of the app would help tremendously!This app is LEGIT!! I can see energy now, and everywhere that I can see it, this app picks it up!! It's one of the only apps that ACTUALLY can sense what I can see!!!!Great, professional looking and in my opinion it really works.

2. Love this app!! My friends and family get a kick out of the auras and learning what they mean! I even change what I'm thinking to see if it will change and it does, plus you can take pics! 3. As I show 2~3 colors each times.No clue if cameras can actually capture auras but this is a lot of fun to use anyhow!Sadly it doesn't pick up my cats' auras or that of my hand.

1. Fix EmoCam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EmoCam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EmoCam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EmoCam" » Open EmoCam - Camera for Emotion Au » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EmoCam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EmoCam - Camera for Emotion Au app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EmoCam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EmoCam - Camera for Emotion Au" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EmoCam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EmoCam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EmoCam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EmoCam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EmoCam not working

2. Fix EmoCam Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EmoCam be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EmoCam not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EmoCam may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
