1. Used to love it on the iOS (Sony Xperia XZ2)Really practical to check first and last trains and also to calculate your travelling time from A to B.Was this app made in 2007 and never updated? Slightly terrible and very outdated interfaceCannot open after installation.

2. Very sluggish, even on a recent higher-end phone.Since the last (or second to last, it's been like this for a few months already) update, the app has become very slow on my device (Galaxy A21s) and can take up.to 30s to start.

3. Also can't seem to scan the QR code to redeem the code so have to manually enter it everytime.I've been waiting for this app to run smoothly for years.

1. Restart Go! Taipei Metro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Go! Taipei Metro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Go! Taipei Metro" » Open Go! Taipei Metro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Go! Taipei Metro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Go! Taipei Metro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Go! Taipei Metro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Go! Taipei Metro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Go! Taipei Metro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Go! Taipei Metro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Go! Taipei Metro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Go! Taipei Metro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Go! Taipei Metro not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Go! Taipei Metro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
