1. I can keep my phone turned up now, and don't miss calls ftom my family and friends.. I love it!!!First of all I want to say this is a great program that actually does work! Secondly, at first I had a few questions (mostly because I really didn't know what I was doing) but this developer quickly corresponded with me via email several times just to help me get the program installed and set up properly.

1. Fix BlockCaller Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BlockCaller Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BlockCaller Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlockCaller Plus" » Open BlockCaller Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlockCaller Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BlockCaller Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlockCaller Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlockCaller Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BlockCaller Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlockCaller Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BlockCaller Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlockCaller Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlockCaller Plus not working

2. Fix BlockCaller Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlockCaller Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlockCaller Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlockCaller Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
