Thankyou for this amazing app.New update was very bad, before this update app works fine, from one week, I have noticed the app is very slow, there is lot of delay in showing notingfication when user enters / new message sent i notice almost 3-5min dealy, for messaging and user entered notification, if any one sent a message from website I got that notification after 2-3minutes.

2. And Violaaa, notification when using wifi network is working again (but sometimes no for first switching network) must repeat 1 or 3 times from mobile to wifi network.

3. earlier I mean before this app update, i was very quick and accurate i don't know what happen now, Note:I have update my os, app& internet speed,fixThe app occasionally sends notifications about incoming chats after the visitor has already left, forcing the chat to be missed.

4. After reinstalling the app it's working fine.Before I use to enjoy this app because when a new visitor visit the notification sound will Tell me , but it totally rubbish now after I upgrade, i wish I should not upgrade.

5. Did you guys disable the sound notification?After last update can't use the application anymore.

9. To solve that I must change to mobile network first, then switch back to wifi again.

1. Fix tawk.to Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tawk.to: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tawk.to App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tawk.to" » Open tawk.to » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tawk.to » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tawk.to app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tawk.to servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tawk.to" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tawk.to app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tawk.to might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tawk.to. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tawk.to then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tawk.to not working

2. Fix tawk.to Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tawk.to be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to tawk.to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, tawk.to may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
