1. WHY if single image Tiffs are being converted can't you use an existing destination folder?Finally, I found an app that does what it says it does! All the other so called tiff viewers were either too complicated or did nothing at all but phishing for information on my cellphone.Doesn't open a 201Mb tiff picture.

1. Fix TIFF Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TIFF Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TIFF Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TIFF Viewer" » Open TIFF Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TIFF Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TIFF Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TIFF Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TIFF Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TIFF Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TIFF Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TIFF Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TIFF Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TIFF Viewer not working
