1. This is my opinionImpossible to use this...avoid buying any camera from conceptronicsEasy plug and play...5 mins!Won't find my camera regardless what I click or type into the (obscurely named) boxes.

2. To do it very easily I connect the camera with a RJ45 cable (netwok cable) to the router and there is not need for settings (only the first time).

1. Fix Cam Viewer 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cam Viewer 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cam Viewer 1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cam Viewer 1" » Open Cam Viewer 1 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cam Viewer 1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cam Viewer 1 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cam Viewer 1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cam Viewer 1" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cam Viewer 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cam Viewer 1 might not work.
