1. Log Viewer is a lightweight app for viewing text files.

1. (I wanted to make sure personal info wasn't being captured & disclosed in their auto-generated logs...) This app worked perfectly for showing content I needed where other apps I tried only showed a garbled file.

2. I don't have a problem with the lines, split in two or more lines when the log-line is too long but it makes the logs confusing when you did not turn on the line numbers.Incredible but a very simple app like this is hard to find for Android.

3. I can read a simple log where other editors failed, not to mention browsers are crashing, and it was not even a large file (10 MB is not a big log).

1. Fix Log Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Log Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Log Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Log Viewer" » Open Log Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Log Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Log Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Log Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Log Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Log Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Log Viewer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Log Viewer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Log Viewer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Log Viewer not working

2. Fix Log Viewer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Log Viewer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Log Viewer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Log Viewer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
