2. Never have a problem with the built-in TIFF viewer in Windows.The absolute only app i have managed to find that is purchase and ad-free, supports tiff files and actually works.

3. The ability to scroll through TIFFs in a single folder *within* the app (just a forward & backward arrow to take you to the next/previous image in the folder) would make the app 5-star worthy.

4. There are no controls so your only wasy to close an image is to use the back button which takes you all the way out to the internal storage folder on your tablet then you have to navigate your way back to the directory where your images are and select the next image.

5. This app has been super helpful in allowing me take quick peeks of those files via my file explorer.Terrible app.

1. Fix Multi-TIFF Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Multi-TIFF Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Multi-TIFF Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Multi-TIFF Viewer" » Open Multi-TIFF Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Multi-TIFF Viewer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Multi-TIFF Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Multi-TIFF Viewer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Multi-TIFF Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Multi-TIFF Viewer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Multi-TIFF Viewer might not work.
