Globe at HOME Customer Insights

1. One thing I want is to be able to control the internet, the data speed and everything too, keeping statistics of every inch of data to limit people's usage.

2. It says I'm not connected to the modem even though I am connected :(Based on my experience, before the updates this app used to be very useful because it didn't have ads, it just tells you how much data is left and when it will expire.

3. The only problem that I notice is that before you could actually check the data balance, two to three ads are shown and the "Dismiss" button is too small for pressing it.

4. I tried using the Data Alert so that the app would let me know when I was down to 10GB out of my 500GB monthly allowance ... and guess what? IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER.

5. Every time you open the app, it blasts you with multiple advertising offers which you cannot dismiss with 1 click.

6. Tnx.This application just got worse and useless! With the older version we could easily request for a volume boost and it will be credited within a few minutes but now, the volume boost option is nowhere to be found! This is fudging inconvenient for those working from home.

7. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, which somehow got it working again except that it no longer showed how much data I had left on my home broadband.

8. Bill is generated late for the past 2 months now and have to request to get a copy.It definitely helps in monitoring our data usage.

9. AFTER the updates it had so many ads that you won't be able to know how much data is left.

10. You can see your data usage but after sometime, it's not working any more.

11. Now I have 0 data left, which I find really strange because that never happened before.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Globe at HOME Issues

1. Fix Globe at HOME Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Globe at HOME: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Globe at HOME App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Globe at HOME" » Open Globe at HOME » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Globe at HOME » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Globe at HOME app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Globe at HOME servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Globe at HOME" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Globe at HOME app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Globe at HOME might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Globe at HOME. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Globe at HOME then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Globe at HOME not working


2. Fix Globe at HOME Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Globe at HOME be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Globe at HOME not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Globe at HOME may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
