1. I was charged for an unlimited globe calls add on but we almost never used the landline for mobile calls.Update: it's been almost a month, but I still cannot, submit a ticket or raise a concern for my billing dispute.

9. (Plus the people on your hotline can't even explain why I have 22GB data when my plan only includes 6GB).

10. It forces me to enter at least 3 badly categorized interests before I could get anywhere (against data privacy law).

1. Fix Old GlobeOne Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Old GlobeOne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Old GlobeOne App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Old GlobeOne" » Open Old GlobeOne: Data & Promos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Old GlobeOne » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Old GlobeOne: Data & Promos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Old GlobeOne servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Old GlobeOne: Data & Promos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Old GlobeOne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Old GlobeOne might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Old GlobeOne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Old GlobeOne then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Old GlobeOne not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Old GlobeOne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Old GlobeOne not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Old GlobeOne may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
