1. Why is there no resident discount built into this app!?!?Absolutely terrible app , took me nearly 20 min to download, setup, add payment (no Amex) , stop making new parking apps for everyone damn City , completely inefficient and awfulDoes not work.

2. So I'm rating it well even though I hate paid parking schemes, especially license plate based double selling time.I find it absolutely ridiculous that you can not use a ParkNow card to pay for your parking spot.

3. Needs to be a way to pass along unused time to the next person, or stash it for later, but I imagine unused parking time is quite a cash cow for the city.Installed app, but unable to get it up & running.

4. Had to give up and pay using the meter like a peasant.I hate paying for parking when I live here and pay taxes here, but the app is easy to use.

1. Fix ParkStAug Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkStAug: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkStAug App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkStAug" » Open ParkStAug – Park. Pay. Explore » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkStAug » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkStAug – Park. Pay. Explore app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkStAug servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkStAug – Park. Pay. Explore" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkStAug app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkStAug might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkStAug. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkStAug then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkStAug not working

2. Fix ParkStAug Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkStAug be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkStAug not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkStAug may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
