1. So I was left having to go to another parking lot because this app was useless and I didn't want to get towed.I cannot enter my car info because Kia Niro is not available for selection.

2. Prepaid for parking in San Diego then my plates were stolen need customer service to advise me how to change to the new plate "CRICKETS"! My mistake never make it again.Awful app.

3. The sign at the parking lot said to text a number if you didn't want to use the app.

4. If you prepay for parking there is no guarantee you will find a spot.

5. There is no "other" option, no way to enter it by free text, and no way to enter just the make, color, and license plate number without the model.

6. Parking is only for 2hrs but don't learn until AFTER you paid.

7. Had I used the Kiosk inside the same parking structure then it would have been all day parking for the same price.

8. So it's useless to me.I paid $35 at lot 0113 (Coast Walk) but only after I went through the checkout and paid they tell you it is only for 2 hours.

1. Fix ACE Parking Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ACE Parking: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ACE Parking App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ACE Parking" » Open ACE Parking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ACE Parking » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ACE Parking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ACE Parking servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ACE Parking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ACE Parking app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ACE Parking might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ACE Parking. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ACE Parking then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ACE Parking not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ACE Parking be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ACE Parking not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ACE Parking may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
