My only recommendation is for a space to write in notes for context.It took getting used to initially, but once I got a feel for it, eating all this nutritious food became second nature, and I feel so much better on it! I find being able to check the boxes is good motivation to stick with it too.

3. I like that, my biometrics go on a different app.Good wish it had a month view where you could see each item and go ooh I've only missed 1 or 2 times this month because it will reset every time you don't meet the goal.
4. Its just a check list with info pages for the definition and example food s for each check list item.
5. The exercise item and other single items are inconsistent with the food items, as it's all or nothing .. I don't always get in the full amount, but usually get in some.

8. I started about a year ago and took a break from it for a while(to figure out food sensitivities), but I'm glad I'm using it again.
