1. Now a patient has no idea if their messege has been seen or not and is a great detriment to the Doctor - patient communication and rapport.

2. Additionally, it's been very helpful in keeping appointments organized and transferring them to my calendar.My password and passcode don't work.

3. The app was great until they removed the ability to view read receipts for messages showing if/when they were seen by the staff.

4. I just tried to view my lab results and the app is telling me it cant open my browser? its really frustratingThe app used to update appointments immediately.

5. Thank you.Much of the functionality of this app, the things that would make it helpful, like sending messages to physicians or requesting refills is completely absent.

6. I emailed NWM and they told me they can see it on their end and to be patient... its been 2 weeks?! also, i can never alter an appointment.

8. I set up auto billing and it hasnt shown its been taken out, neither has my bank accouny.

9. Also, I get messages saying that there is a message in my chart, but it can't be found.App is very glitchy.

1. Fix MyNM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyNM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyNM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyNM" » Open MyNM by Northwestern Medicine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyNM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyNM by Northwestern Medicine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyNM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyNM by Northwestern Medicine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyNM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyNM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyNM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyNM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyNM not working

2. Fix MyNM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyNM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyNM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyNM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
