A couple of weeks ago my best friend told me I HAVE to take care of myself, so I looked up an app to ease anxiety and found this - it's an app where you can talk with real therapists! Pretty cool so far! Will update with my progress!Apparently when it rains, it pours what a rough year! It sent me into a spiral so I decided it's time to try therapy but it's so expensive to go see a certified psychologist.
2. My mom actually recommended trying a therapist online because her best friend works as one, and while I was unsure about it at first it turned out to be a great decision! The interface is easy to use and the whole experience is just so reassuring, it feels like the counselors really are just there for you.Disappointed with the price.
